I've spent 20+ years in CX and operations, including Atlassian, where I led world-class CX at scale.
Now I do fractional CX work for B2B SaaS companies and build mindPick with my co-founder. We built it after realizing the best conversations happen when both sides are invested - most "pick your brain" chats, however well-intentioned, don't clear that bar.
