How is this different from a consulting call?
mindPick is asynchronous — no scheduling needed. You ask a specific question, the expert answers with a focused video when they're ready. It's faster, more focused, and typically more affordable than traditional consulting.

For Askers

How much does it cost?
Pricing is set by each expert and shown before you ask. There are no subscriptions or hidden fees.

What if the expert doesn't answer?
If an expert doesn't respond within their SLA window, you receive a full automatic refund.

Can I ask follow-up questions?
Yes. After receiving an answer, you can ask one follow-up question for clarification at no extra charge.

For Experts

How do I get paid?
Earnings are paid out to your connected bank account via Stripe. You can connect your account during profile setup.

How much can I charge?
You set your own rates. Most experts charge between $25 and $150 per question depending on the depth of expertise required.

What's the platform fee?
mindPick charges a tiered platform fee starting at 10% that decreases to 5% as you earn more.
