mindPick uses simple, transparent pricing. Experts set their own rates per question. There are no subscriptions, no monthly fees, and no hidden charges.

How Pricing Works

Experts choose their rate for each question type. Askers see the price upfront before asking. Payment is held in escrow until the answer is delivered and the SLA window closes.

Platform Fee Tiers

mindPick charges a small platform fee that decreases as you earn more:

• Starter: 10% platform fee on your first earnings
• Growth: 7% platform fee as you grow
• Pro: 5% platform fee for top earners

Experts always keep the majority of their earnings. Payouts go directly to your connected bank account via Stripe.

For Askers

You pay the expert's listed price per question. No tipping required, no surprise fees. If an expert doesn't answer within their SLA window, you get a full refund automatically.
